The genesis of this business was done by Mr K Ramasamy in the year of 1950 at Sankarankovil which was our parent Company. Our main business was trading of Pulses and Rice with the firms/traders of Kerala and southern states of India.
In the year 1988, a new company called K R Kandamani Industries was started. Mr.K.R.Manikandan entered business in the year 1996, thereafter which the turnover increased to Rs 5 crores from Rs.10 lakhs in 1950. In the year of 2000, we started a Mill at Sankarankovil with a capacity of 40 tonnes per day.
